Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:

Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout.

Wonderful property

We had 5 adults and stayed here for Boardwalk Rock. The condo was exactly as described. Everything was fantastic. It was right off of the beach and the parking fit both of our cars no problem and one is an SUV. I would definitely stay here again when I come back.
