Just inside the entrance is a bonus space that makes a perfect play area or storage area for your belongings. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counters. The living room and dining are are comfortably furnished. Counter stools provide additional seating. Outside you'll find a courtyard, tennis courts and pool that provide the perfect places to relax outdoors without leaving the property. TIburon is located on the bayside at 139th St. The Fenwick Island Lighthouse, restaurants, and Old Pro Golf are within easy walking distance. Better yet, you're just blocks away from some of Ocean City's least crowded beaches! The unit rents Saturday to Saturday. Non-smoking. No pets, please.

Nice place

This was a nice place to stay at. Tv needs to be upgraded, it's 2021. For a family that does laundry, the washer and dryer will take a long time to do 1 load. Washer works good and fits a decent amount, but dryer ( which can only use 1 at a time) takes 3 cycles to dry 3 towels and some kids clothes at 110 minutes each cycle. Other than this it was great location, away from crowded areas. Beach was only 4 blocks and there was mini golf right down street. Souvenir shop, crab restaurant, and 7-11 all right down street so very convenient.

Nice quiet location, great pool but needs new beds

The positive, nice quiet location in walking distance to beach (6 blocks) you can also drive as their is usually parking. Kitchen nook was a nice plus, windows and lights are also nice but a lilttle too bright in bedrooms at 545 am. The pool is really nice and has a cute area with tables. As for cleanliness - the counters and bathrooms were clean. However, the person cleaning the place needs to know clean means floors, bedrooms, etc. Please clean the spider webs in the dining room and wash the curtains once in a while. I would rate cleanliness 6 out of 10, nothing dreadful but there areas that need to be improved. The amenities hear are good and balcony a plus but we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked - because there is a hornets nest in the corner of the balcony by the light fixture. The one thing I strongly urge you consider when renting here - are the beds. If you like stiff beds this place is for you if not - the last review doesn’t come close to explaining the uncomfortable beds. I know vacation you don’t spend a lot of time indoors. However, we all need downtime to sleep and refresh for another day. The mattresses need to go, adding a mattress pad that is thinner than a towel and adding it to k to one bed does not solve this. They are as stiff as a board. Even a teenager had a hard time sleeping and teens sleep through anything. Stiff necks and sore backs were not fun. If they replace the beds and tidy a few things up we would come back. Stay safe all and enjoy your vacations. Good Luck

Nice Property

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the property. However, the mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. I had to purchase a foam mattress pad to get a good night's rest. I recommend purchasing a new mattress for that room.
