Immaculate, spacious home in a great location. We have never stayed in such a clean vacation rental. It has every convenience you could possibly need. Loved being able to walk along the boardwalk all the way to the Ashbury Park Convention Hall. It's also within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee, ice cream, etc.

This property was the perfect base for our wedding festivities. Our adult children joined us for part of our stay and it was plenty big for all 9 of us. The primary suite was the whole 2nd floor - spacious and private. One small but happy mistake on the listing: the tempur-pedic bed in the primary was definitely a king. The rest of the beds were queens. We had gorgeous weather and got to use the beach towels and chairs. We didn't need the badges since it was late September but if you are staying in the summer that is a very nice perk.We didn't cook but we all were dazzled by the kitchen and its ginormous Viking oven and the built-in refrigerator and extra fridge drawers in the island. We enjoyed morning coffee on one of the 3 front balconies with ocean views. The balconies were also featured in our wedding pics as we played Romeo and Juliet after our First Look in the public green across the street. With everything needed for the wedding, the elevator was a blessing. It also enabled the bride to travel unseen by the groom during the busy morning of the wedding. We could not have had a more wonderful experience from the house to the location equidistant to Ocean Grove's cute little downtown and Asbury Park's exciting boardwalk and restaurant scene. Thank you so much, Janet, for the perfect start to our married life!

Great family getaway! This house was magnificent. Plenty of room for all of us. The front porches were our go-to !! The Viking appliances made it a dream kitchen to cook in. Bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious. The elevator made it possible for my 90 year old mom to join us!! The game room was a bonus! We are a game family! We had a fantastic week full of sunshine and daily beach time. Great morning walks for sunrise. A vacation my family is still talking about. Cannot wait to plan our next stay!

Fabulous house!! Bedrooms and porches were terrific. All the different living spaces worked out so well if any of us wanted to do something different but we mostly just sat on the porches and enjoyed the weather. The kitchen had absolutely anything you needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Location was perfect. Highly recommend

This was our second year staying in this magnificent house. Family reunion! Steps from the beach, breezy balconies and well stocked kitchen to cook-up a feast!. We love the elevator! Our daughters loved the attic/loaf on the 4th floor, and the master bedroom.Every room is beautifully decorated, this a must house if you are staying in Ocean Grove.

Beautiful week at the shore

The house was amazing and was very clean and comfortable. Lots of good amenities, like beach chairs and towels, very well stocked kitchen. Our favorite thing was all the together spaces, to eat and play games, as well as all the solitary spaces, to curl up and read.

Beautiful home and amazing location!

Loved our stay at this beautiful property - truly impeccable! The finishes were outstanding! The location is ideal - Ocean Grove is so peaceful and quiet but only a short walk to bustling Asbury Park boardwalk. We hope to return!

Just Lovely

A group of our closest friends and family stayed at this lovely home. We spent most of our time relaxing on the wonderful porch and cooking in the magnificent kitchen. The manager/owner was very communicative. We had a wonderful time:)

Wonderful beach house

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well-furnished, spacious house. The balconies with an ocean view were an added plus. It was very easy to walk to the beach and Asbury Park. Parking was hard to find on the first day since it was a busy beach weekend and there is only street parking. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Stunning home and location!

The house is stunning! Our family loved the location! Rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, roomy and brand new. We loved the big balconies overlooking the ocean and the beautiful Victorian homes on the pathway. Sitting on the evenings in the balconies with a cool breeze and music sometimes playing in the beach was priceless! We spent our days at the beach, and ordered food from the beach shack. The house has beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The kitchen is a dream! Every gadget you need to cook a fabulous dinner for 10. The elevator was a great added value to bring all our luggage to the upper floors. We look forward to our return in 2025!

Another perfect property

This is the 2nd one of Janet’s homes I have stayed in in Ocean Grove. It’s absolutely stunning. The house is beautiful. Every detail, piece of decor, everything on the walls, down to the lighting… it’s simply perfect. We didn’t have the best weather during our visit, but being in the house was so enjoyable that it didn’t take anything away from our vacation. The house is huge and so well appointed; I can’t recommend it more. Janet is also an absolute pleasure to work with and her property manager is wonderful.

Ocean Grove Relaxation

We had an amazing stay at this five story beautiful home in Ocean Grove. It was everything as advertised and was perfectly maintained, cleaned and furnished. A perfect location in a very special town. You can catch ocean breezes on one of the north facing porches and short walk to everything in town. A special home for a special place.

Beautiful home in a great location.

This is a beautiful house in a great location. Plenty of gathering spaces. The few minor criticisms I have are are mostly about hospitality and are small in comparison to the house and this sweet little town. That said, since it was often chilly, we would have loved to have some throw blankets so we could still sit on the porch. And blankets on the beds would have helped those of us who were cold at night. A supply of paper towels, a broom and some better quality dish soap would also have been appreciated, as would some games to play in the evenings. Overall, we had a wonderful time and found the property manager to be very responsive and helpful. We loved sitting on one of the porches with the ocean view and watching what was going on in the town. We loved walking to Day’s for evening ice cream and were thankful for the beach badges and gear on the days we went to the beach. Thank you, Janet, for letting us stay in your amazing house!

Wonderful stay with a big group

Absolutely stunning house in a great location. The house was perfect as the home base for our large group. Lots of places to hang out and play games, comfy beds and bedrooms, and easy access to other local amenities. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home

This home is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Main level open floor plan of living room, dining room and kitchen was huge! The kitchen was fully supplied with anything that you could possibly need from bakeware, storage containers, trash bags to cleaning supplies. Second floor is the master bedroom, laundry and a storage closet. Beautiful balcony view of the water on this level. Master bath is absolutely wonderful with all the space provided and the shower was top notch. Very comfortable master bed and furniture. 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms with plenty of room in each. 4th floor was a small apartment in itself! Living room, kitchen space, bathroom and bedroom in an open concept yet seperated perfectly. Basement was great for watching football, playing card games and socializing. The big bonus was the elevator! Definitely was helpful with getting luggage up and down. Beach location is a very short walk from the home. Grocery and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. Some local restaurants are even closer! Plenty of local shops within walking distance. Highly recommend Iron Whale for dinner. Great drinks and food. Overall, we had a wonderful few days together as a family in this home and plan to return to this rental for a future visit.

Luxurious Beach House + Location! Location! Location!

We (9 of us!) enjoyed a truly Joyful August week at this magnificent home in Ocean Grove. This recently-constructed home stays true to the Victorian-era feel of the historic homes on this beautiful boulevard to the beach. I have not been in a more luxurious rental vacation home @ the Central Jersey Shore. Ocean views from three floors of porches! (And a second floor main bedroom that is essentially an entire floor!) The property is turnkey-ready for use, as it includes beach towels, beach wagon, umbrella and 10 adult + 2 jr/sr beach tags for access to the nearby OG beach. The kitchen (Viking Range) is also well-stocked with utensils & warps/foils, etc. (I note that we had a small issue during our stay, which was handled promptly & professionally by the superb property manager.) This is certainly a "top-$$$" location, but IMHO you will be very happy staying here if it is luxurious comfort in a traditional historic-look beach-house setting that you seek. Additionally, the basement is a great additional dine/hang-out area. Lastly, a few comments for those non-familiar with "The Grove": (1) the beach badges provided are a GREAT thing, as all of the local towns charge $$ for beach access. (2) The OG beach is (currently) closed until noon on Sunday. (3) Fri/Sat parking can be challenging, as it's all non-reserved on-street. (4) It's a short oceanfront walk to the Asbury Park boardwalk & a modest walk to the main shopping of Cookman Ave.

Glorious property

We had a fabulous time at this stunning house a stone's throw from the beach. The property is beautifully decked out with views of the beach from the balconies and luxuriously designed bedrooms. It was such a lovely experience to stay in a place where every part of the property added to the feeling of being utterly spoilt and indulged. The elevator in the house was certainly a first for us. The owners were wonderfully helpful and attentive to any questions. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Superb!
