The beach house lay out was perfect for our family of 18. The living area was very comfortable and the beach view from the dining area was lovely. The pool was nice, but we didn't use the hot tub. We watched movies in the theater room, which we we enjoyed, but we did have to bring in additional chairs. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and rented it again for next year. The problems we had were the front right bedroom's air conditioning vent didn't put out enough cold air. That bedroom got quite stuffy. The kitchen only has one refrigerator, which we knew ahead of time and we made it work, but it would be nice to have a second fridge for that many people. The main bedroom on the top floor had a shower liner that was way too short. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were stained and it would be nice if there were replaced.
