Five Bedroom Oceanfront Triplex Unit E

This section of the oceanfront triplex offers 5 bedrooms plus small bonus room and 5 bathrooms. The entire oceanfront triplex shares a pool and two beach accesses. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, 6 TVs with YouTubeTV, wireless internet, sun decks, a shared gazebo, and an outdoor shower. Pool can be heated in the off season for an additional surcharge.

On the main level there is the King master bedroom with a private bathroom. There is a bathroom off of the hallway. There is also a bonus sleeping area that is a room with a Double/Single bunk bed. Upstairs there are four bedrooms that each have two Queen beds and there are three hallway bathrooms.

There is a $600.00 departure cleaning fee. Rent includes bed linens and bath towels with beds made upon arrival. No smoking. Accommodates 20.
Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors.

Rent all three of these units for family reunions or weddings and have everyone under one roof! All three units sleep 60 in total. Call for details.

Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided. No pets.

Last summer beach before school starts

Beach was beautiful ! House was beautiful but was not completely clean... trash in kitchen , door in bedroom off track... pool needed to be clean !!

Great stay

We had a blast. Recommend bringing your own knives, kitchen towels, etc - kitchen is kind of Spartan. Otherwise, this was perfect.

Wonderful trip!

We enjoyed a wonderful trip to OIB staying in this unit. Linda with the management company was marvelous to work with and very accommodating. Unit is as described and, if we needed anything or found anything in question, she helped us immediately and well.
