Welcome to Beautiful Ocean Isle! The Atlantic Ocean and a broad stretch of sand are mere steps away from this comfortable, light-filled condo in Ocean Isle Beach. The complex offers a private entrance to the beach directly from the building. This is a place to spend your days surfing, beachcombing, boogie boarding, and lounging in the sun by the community pool. Experience coastal bliss at our charming oceanfront beach condo. Enjoy the beautiful sunset followed by relaxing in the modern living room with a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy watching and listening to the ocean while sipping on your favorite beverage on the balcony.
Retreat to one of two cozy bedrooms after a day of soaking up the salt air and sun, each with an attached bathroom. Outside, we have a community grill, a private entrance to the beach with a shower to rinse off beach gear, and our community pool offers a refreshing oasis for a quick dip or lounging in the sun. The pool is seasonal and maintained by the condominium HOA.
Property Level: We are a one-story condo located on the third level of the building. Stairs are required to reach the unit on the third level.

Linens: sheets and towels will be wrapped in sanitary packaging and lying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Golf Carts are not permitted at the complex.
Parking Passes are required. Limit 2. Pass introductions sent with check-in instructions
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off-Season Check-Ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check Out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy: 1 Dog included, additional pet fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Explore the pristine shoreline with a stroll or indulge in water sports and nature hikes. Ocean Isle is a very family-oriented beach. Less than a mile to Ocean Isle Beach Fishing Pier, arcade, large park with basketball, tennis, volleyball, and pickleball courts, and playground. Delicious seafood restaurants are close by. Located directly on the border of North Carolina and South Carolina’s coasts, Calabash is known as the “Seafood Capital of the World”. This small fishing town originated "Calabash-Style" seafood, a distinctive style of fried seafood of clams, fish, shrimp, and oysters dipped in a light, flavorful batter and fried quickly. The Calabash River borders the southern part of town, where shrimp boats dock daily during the season, selling fresh-caught treasures. Nearby, swing through the trees at The Swamp Park, stargaze on rainy days at Ingraham Planetarium, take local fishing charters, and boating tours on the Calabash River.
