The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as, community tennis courts, basketball and pickleball.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

Tennis courts, pickleball and basketball court in the community. Nearby rentals for kayaks, jet skis and bicycles. Beach chairs, umbrella with anchor and sand toys are provided. Shaded furnished deck with ocean views.

Handicap friendly Villa is a spacious 1700 sq ft with over-size furnished shaded deck that affords spectacular views of ocean and island. Beautifully decorated with island flavor. I don't know where to start... Everything about this rental was excellent. Location is just the start, the photos shown and description is exactly what you expect and I was not disappointed. The place was meticulously cleaned, it was well stocked and vey comfortable. Cliff was great to deal with. He responded very quickly to messages and checked to make sure I received the information I needed. There is no question that I will be renting from him again!

Fantastic Ocean Isle Stay

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Isle and this Ocean Villa! The ocean was a a short walk away, with beautiful views and great amenities. The Villa was fully stocked and very clean. We have used this property manager before (different location) and were pleased with the promptness of his communication regarding all check-in/out procedures. Our family would definitely stay at this Villa again!
