Your dream oceanfront vacation starts here! This brand-new, luxury 6BR OIB home sleeps 21, with a private pool & elevator. Pet-friendly too! Enjoy direct beach access and breathtaking views in this spacious, unforgettable retreat.
Spend your days lounging on the expansive decks and soaking in the coastal breeze. The convenience of the semi-private beach access means you can go from dipping your toes in your private pool to feeling the ocean waves in a matter of moments.

Quiet hours: 10pm-8am everyday
Trash/recycling pick up: Tuesday & Friday
- No smoking.
- Only one person allowed on each top bunk, for safety.
- No rough play on the bunk beds, for safety.
- No jumping from top bunk to bottom bunk, please use the built-in stairs.
- No overly loud music or parties without host permission.
- No jumping from the decks.
- Failure to follow check out procedure may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues to hosts immediately to avoid additional fees.

GOLF CART INFO:
During the summer months, a 6-seater street legal golf cart is provided for your use. It is serviced each Saturday by the rental company.
Please return the key to the kitchen upon checkout.
Ocean Isle is very strict about golf cart operation, so be sure that all occupants wear seat belts, and all drivers must be of age and have a proper driver`s license.

ELEVATOR INFO & RULES:
Residential elevators are incredibly useful for multi-level beach homes, but they are also finicky at times.. Here`s some tips to help you make the best use of our elevator:
-Take your cell phone with you, just in case.
- Be sure that the interior house door and the accordion-style car door are both fully closed and the magnetic latches engaged before selecting a floor.
- You cannot select a floor and then close the door. If you want to send the car to another floor without a person inside, you will need to go to the desired floor and call the elevator to you.
- DO NOT attempt to open any of the doors until the elevator has come to a complete stop and the floor selector light has gone off.
- Do not place objects or fingers through the accordion-style gate while the elevator is in motion. A safety mechanism will slow or stop the car until the object is removed.
- DO NOT jump in the elevator while it is moving. I know... it takes all the fun out of it. But it will also cause the equipment to need a hard reset before it will move again.
- Read and review the documentation inside the elevator car for more best practices.
- If you get stuck in the elevator (very rare, this hasn`t happened to us, but you never know) there is information inside the car on how to open the doors manually to get out. You won`t be trapped.
- Be sure to close the accordion-style door before closing the interior house door. Failure to do so may render the elevator inoperable, and it will need to be reset by a professional.
- DO NOT attempt to reset the elevator yourself.

During the summer months, our pool is professionally serviced daily to check chemical levels, add water, and keep it sparkling clean.
- Rinse off before entering pool
- No running
- No diving
- Do not leave children unattended
- No pets in the pool
- No glass bottles, glasses, etc.
- No throwing objects into pool (other than pool toys)
- Do not leave gate propped open
- Do not tamper with pool pump, electronic timer, heater, or pool chemicals
- To heat the spa, use the manual timer located near the stairs.
- Pool concerns? Please contact hosts asap.

Front Rho is a Pet Friendly Property for a $400 non-refundable pet fee.
-Pets should be disclosed at the time of booking. If you decide to bring a pet at a later time, please let us know prior to check in so we can assess the pet fee.
-You can bring up to two pets. Additional pets require host approval and may be subject to additional fees.
-Any pet left unattended must be crated and cannot be left outside. Two 42` crates are provided for you, located in the laundry room on the second floor. We suggest you bring your own crate mat/bed for your pet`s comfort.
-Absolutely NO pets allowed on the furniture or beds.
-Pet accidents should be cleaned immediately, enzyme cleaner is provided under the kitchen sink and/or in the laundry room..
-No pets are allowed in the pool.
-Excessive pet hair should be swept up prior to check out to avoid additional cleaning fees.
-You will be charged an additional inconvenience fee of $250 if these rules are not followed.
For the safety of future pet guests, please email us a copy of your pets most updated vaccination record, proof of flea and tick treatment, as well as a photo of your pet to begin the approval process. If a pet is found on the property without approval, the pet fee of $400 will be applied to your stay, with an additional $250 inconvenience fee applied. Please send approval information at least 1 week in advance of your stay date.
