Ocean Isle Villas F1 - Seaside 307 West First Street. Sleeps 8 This first floor, side unit of an oceanfront condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level and was renovated in 2025.

The Master Suite has a King bed, en-suite bathroom, direct access to the balcony with excellent direct ocean views and a Smart TV. The second bedroom has a King bed and a Smart TV. The third bedroom that can sleep four, features a Bunk bed (double bed on the bottom and twin bed up top) along with a separate Twin bed and a Smart TV.

The kitchen is fully furnished, and the dining table seats six.

The living room, which also has access to the balcony with excellent direct ocean views at side unit prices, contains a sofa and two chairs along with a Smart TV.

The condo provides guests with WiFi Each Smart TV allows for streaming YouTube TV using the guest’s own accounts.

The private balcony has two chairs and a small table, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the ocean waves.

Community Amenities provided for guest use include the seasonal pool, outside shower and Hibachi-style charcoal grills.
