Vacation dream home in the heart of downtown Ocean Springs! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath beauty is all about location, lifestyle, and laid-back luxury. Just a short stroll to Front Beach and to all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife the town is famous for, this is coastal living at its finest. Nestled right across from the iconic Roost Hotel and the Wilbur speakeasy, you'll feel like you're living in the middle of a postcard! Step inside to find a thoughtfully curated, open-concept kitchen allowing for family and friends to gather at the farmhouse table that seats up to 10 while you cook up a feast. Behind the double doors in the kitchen, enter into your own speakeasy bar or should you need some work space, there is a private office just off the hallway that has the necessities to get the job done.



The living room features a library stocked with books and games along with a shuffleboard table. Step outside onto the large front porch and take in the sea breeze. The fenced backyard is your private oasis, perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and everything in between. You will find a large table for outdoor dining and a fire pit canopied with bistro lights for gathering all in the comfort of your back yard. Don't miss the covered back porch, the ultimate hangout spot for enjoying those sweet Southern nights.

Please note - this home is situated for four adults and four children. We are willing to make exceptions if requested in writing in advance of booking. We have a MAX of four cars at all times in the driveway as per the city, and we will issue necessary cancellations and fines if more than four cars are parked at the residence. There is no on street parking ( as per the city). The Porch House off Front Beach is part of the Porch Downtown Ocean Springs (our other properties are on Government street and are a guest favorite) and when booked together is perfect to host large groups. When reserved together, all amenities are available to guests. The Porch House off Front Beach can accommodate 8 guests and the Porch Downtown can accommodate 13 when reserved all together, so we are perfect to host large corporate groups !

The Porch House is pet Friendly. Perfect for the short or long term visit.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Ocean Springs Beach. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The vacation home offers a kitchen and 3 bathrooms.

This is the only VRBO we will stay in when vacationing in Ocean Springs. It looks better than the pictures. Is always very clean and has comfortable indoor/outdoor flow. We walk or golf cart to everything. It stays really booked so book early!

Excellent For a Girl's Trip!

This house is more than ideal for a group of close girlfriends. Easy access to shopping, dining and the such. Plenty spacious and very nicely decorated; sleeping arrangements were perfect. We had a lovely time and plan to return.
We had a little rain so couldn't enjoy the backyard too much, but this backyard photo op was perfect!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Everything—- and I mean everything— was top notch!! From the gorgeous decor, comfortable beds and seating, to the bougie games!!! One of the best Rentals for me! I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!
