The condo offers two primary bedrooms and full baths. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and its own full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy your crab feast and other meals at the table for six in the dining area and a table for 4 in the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living area. After a day at the beach, relax on the screened porch with a woods view.

Bethany Bay offers an outdoor community swimming pool (seasonal dates apply - typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day only), hot tub, 9 hole executive golf course (additional fees apply), basketball court, tennis & pickelball courts (reservations required), volleyball court, wooded nature trails, fishing pond, playground, paved walking paths, and a kayak launch to the bay. Use of the unit’s guest passes to the community pool included with the reservation. Bring your golf clubs, bikes, and kayaks to fully enjoy this beautiful setting on the Indian River Bay. Visit the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach, Fenwick Island, Ocean City, and other beach attractions nearby.

The house was spotless, with all bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen in excellent condition. The community itself is peaceful, and I especially enjoyed the pool. If the weather had been cooler, we would have taken advantage of the outdoor pickleball courts. The location is also convenient—just a short drive to Bethany Beach.A few things could be improved. The listing should include the unit number in the address; it only showed the building number, and I had to identify the unit by matching it to the photo of the front door in VRBO. The door code worked smoothly and made entry easy. The twin bed, however, could use an upgrade, as it’s squeaky and overly bouncy.
