This spacious second-floor walk-up, two-bedroom (and loft), three-bath pond view Golf Villa-style condo sleeps up to eight and offers 1,939 square feet of top-notch vacation space for family vacations and golf groups alike. Just steps to the community's in-season beach shuttle stop, this recently-repainted resort retreat is nicely decorated with new furnishings (2015); new flooring throughout (Jan 2022); coastal-inspired artwork; new flat screen TVs in both bedrooms, loft area, and living room (2015); and two Blu-ray players for movie viewing. Complimentary Wifi. is offered for your convenience too. Condo has newly upgraded Azek deckin for outdoor entertaining or just relaxing. This exciting coastal community (with this great condo too) is surrounded by 27 holes of championship golf and approximately three miles to Bethany Beach's beach, Boardwalk, shops and beach dining. The Delaware coast's culinary offerings feature flavors to please nearly every palate. Tax-free shopping abounds in The First State's eclectic local shops and major outlet centers, one located just a 15-20-minute drive away in Rehoboth Beach. 4 TVs, 2 Blu-rays, Wifi., gas fireplace, Pack 'n' Play & boaster seat (courtesy items not guaranteed).
