Prior to booking, I had a question and it was answered lightening fast! We arrived a little early and were able to check in! This place is perfect for us with every detail you could think of. Everything was immaculate and looked like it was never used (we tried to leave it the same way). Nice water pressure, very comfortable bedding, TV in every room, keurig and regular coffee maker, comfortable furniture. This is an end unit, ground floor right near the pool and pickleball and easy access in and out of the community. We enjoyed the walking paths and all the residents were so friendly. I loved that they were strict with the pool badges. My husband is not easy to please, and this was his favorite place to stay in Delaware ( we have stayed right on the beach in lovely hotels previously). It was a short drive to the Delaware State Park Beach - a local favorite- and tons of great restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Can't wait to stay here again!
