The space
This home offers two, owners' suites on the first and second floors with private bathrooms. The chef's style open-plan kitchen allows the guest to cook meals in comfort and comes generously equipped with appliances. There is plenty of room to dine on the indoor dining table and additional dining option on the back porch. A propane grill, outdoor shower and oversized patio make this home an oasis inside and out. High speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs are throughout the home. The second-floor loft, sunroom area and generously sized rooms give the guests plenty of room to spread out and make themselves at home. Bring your favorite coffee for the Keurig! Parking available in the driveway for up to three cars.

All guests access the home from the smart lock on the front door; codes are given out the morning of your arrival.

To use the amenities at the clubhouse, the user must pay $38 per week, per person for anyone 6 years or older. They must be purchased from the clubhouse with a credit card only. All guests staying at SeaScape Rental properties will be automatically on the list, so you do not need to bring proof of rental contract. All amenities are available for guests except the indoor pool, which is for residents only.

A weekend shuttle operates in the community taking guests to the Bethany Beach boardwalk free of charge.

Other things to note
In an effort to keep costs down, this rental does not supply linens or towels. If you want to bring your own, please do. If you would like us to supply the linen package to you (Linens, Washcloths, Hand towels and Towels) please let us know after you book. The cost for this service is $200.00 total.

** The linen package includes- a top sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcases, comforter, a towel & washcloth for each guest. The price is a TOTAL cost and not per person. This rental package does not include beach towels. **
