Step outside onto the private deck—so close to the bay that you are just steps from touching the water. Enjoy the warm, inviting indoor design and peaceful coastal atmosphere right from your back door. Perfectly located for a relaxing getaway, yet just minutes from local beaches, scenic trails, and easy day trips to Peggy`s Cove.
On behalf of the team, I would like to personally thank you for trusting us to make your stay memorable for you and your loved ones/friends. To ensure the property remains in excellent condition for every guest, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:

Important Information:

1. Gatherings: A 3-night minimum stay is required for any gatherings or events.
2. Late Check-Out/Early Check in and other requests: please contact us in advance, and we`ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

General Rules:

1. Visitors: No visitors are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon by us.
2. Shoes: Please leave shoes at the foyer.
3. Smoking: No smoking inside the property.
4. Toilets: Do not flush items that are not suitable for toilets.
5. Insects: Keep doors closed when unattended to prevent ants/insects from entering.
6. Garbage: Discard garbage in the correct bins (compost, general, recyclable).

1. Garbage: Bag the garbage and place it into labeled large bins.
