Location Location comfort and beachtime

Very comfortable for all. Easy to walk to local food and beach destinations. Quick response to questions during stay. Would definitely come back. Beach items some well used but definitely good enough for us plenty to choose from. Thank you.

4th of July trip

Great place to stay at walking distance to the beach, pier, restaurants and bars. The deck is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the view from the ocean.

Location (the double edged sword)

Pros: The place was nice and clean. There was plenty of room for my family of 5. It was right across the street from the beach and walking distance to most restaurants. There was good communication with the host. Cons: The house was on a busy street. This made for a lot of noise.

Family Vaca - Memorial Day Weekend

Great times and great spot! We were fortunate enough to get this place for Memorial Day Weekend and it was absolutely worth it. House was great, kitchen had everything you might need. Beds were very comfortable. The Rooftop was the place to be. Made the most out of the grill and hot tub. It was where we ended up spending most of the time on our visit. Lots of activities/bars/restaurants nearby that are easily accessible and within a short walk. The nearby developments/hotels felt all very safe as they had security guards on duty just keeping a safe and positive presence. Beach was close - but access is limited. It is either by stairs, or def a bit of a walk (About 2 blocks). The wagon was great to carry things down to the beach. Only issue is the beach is very narrow and has large rocks you have to cross to get to the water. I am sure that is so the waves don't erode the beach but it was definitely a challenge to get past that last few steps to get to the water. It is close to the Amtrack station so there are times when you hear the trains going by. Not anything too crazy or loud. Also - lots of stairs! If someone in the party has issues with stairs this will be challenging. It is a narrow staircase and just a lot of going up and down. Great calf/leg workout! Overall - a great experience and would absolutely come back. Very thankful they share this home and look forward to when we can return!

Fantastic

This was a really nice place to stay in a great location. The rooftop patio with spa is amazing. It's a little slippery when the ground is wet, you must be careful. All basics that are needed were there ready for use. The only complaint I have is the neighbors took it upon themselves to use the spa.

Wonderful stay in Oceanside!

Wow, I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's but this place was way beyond my expectations. The location, the layout of the house, and how well it was stocked and appointed was amazing. Communication was great with Stormalee too. I simply cannot say enough good things about this property. My 6 year old was already asking when we can come back and I'm genuinely with him that I hope it is soon. Thanks again!!

Great Ocean View Rooftop Deck

The rooftop deck is definitely the focal point. It’s amazing! Area has many homeless around beach area, however walked to many restaurants during day and evening and never felt unsafe. Upcoming area. Parking is major problem due to a resident who lives in one of units. She was not willing to work with us 3 other renters to move cars that didn’t fit in small garages. We ended up parking on street in a $1.50 and hour meter in order to avoid being blocked in and actually got a ticket because we overslept and didn’t move our car before 6:00 am. Was forwarded texts from owner that other resident was sending. As a longtime VRBO user I know this parking issue needs to be rectified so people aren’t worried about this daily. Once again, rooftop ocean view deck with jacuzzi and fire pit was used nightly!
