Is there Air Conditioning? Like many oceanfront properties in Oceanside, this condo stays cool with Pacific breezes. We provide ceiling fans and portable fans; however, there is no central A/C. For cooler months, the unit is equipped with wall heaters and a fireplace.
What is the parking situation? You have one assigned, secure parking space in the garage (Level G1). Please note: Vehicles must be parked head-in only, and car alarms must be disarmed while parked to comply with complex regulations.
Do you provide supplies? We provide a "starter kit" of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo to get your vacation started. For longer stays, guests should plan to restock these items as needed.
Are pets allowed? To maintain a high standard for all guests, we have a strict no-pet policy (including on the balcony).
What are the house rules regarding smoking? North Coast Village is a non-smoking complex. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, and throughout the common areas.
