Motel 6 is definitely the cheapest opyion in Oceanside. Overall it is a decent place to stay, we would stay again. They just need to do alot of building maintenance. Noisy elevator, tape on the bad flooring, needs some TLC

We wanted to stay 3 more nights but the pool was dirty. Hopefully just an error in scheduling. Everything else was great the price, location, staff, safe area, view, the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely try this place again.

Just another Indian owned hotel bites the dust.

I asked for a different accommodation, hotel front desk promised to move me, never did. I asked repeatedly, manager told me that the wing is completely occupied, while I have seen every day place half unoccupied. Instead, I lived in cockroaches infested room, with the view of a parking lot. The place is unsafe, one night about 2.30am a local street dweller tried to enter, and was chased away by a night guard, they have to have it. Every morning, about 8.30am, housekeeping started rolling loudly clanking on pavement squares service carts, making impossible for morning sleep. To top off the cherry, when I exhausted from sleep deprived night, left my Nikon camera in a bag, they pretended never seen it, effectively stealing it.

The first night I stayed I woke up to a tour bus nearly hitting my car while backing up because the facility had blocked the reasonable exit option. The second I woke up to see several police cruisers in the parking lot. The staff were not friendly and acted as if I was bothering them to do their job, we had no room freshen up and had to go to the lobby to request clean towels. The best way to explain the value of this property is you get what you pay for.

The room was a room there were dried boogers stuck to the walls. The beds although the top mattress had a clean sheet and blankets the bed skirts were stained and looked like they had never been washed. The pool was out of order due to maintenance accidentally dumping something in it. There as tagging everywhere the beverage machine was broken. And there was homeless people living in their vehicles in the parking lot. I guess you get what ya get at a motel 6. But in all my life this is the worst one I have ever stayed at. Best of luck to anyone else who stays there I’d say lock your car and hope for the best.
