After a fun day out, kick back and relax in this freshly remodeled abode complete with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a tub.

Enjoy the kitchen equipped with all the tools you need to prepare a fantastic meal for the family, or order in from the numerous restaurant options nearby! Right outside the kitchen is a dining room with an 8 person table perfect for bringing the whole family together over dinner.

In the living room, enjoy the comfy sofa and watch a movie on the 65’’ smart TV.

There is central heat and air conditioning along with a washer and dryer for your convenience as well.

Outside, kick your feet back and enjoy the amazing weather Southern California is known for, complete with a:

The entire main house and back yard with the spa and fire pit are yours to use and enjoy during your stay. There is ample parking for 2 vehicles inside the garage. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you must contact host for parking instructions.

- NO PARTIES, EVENTS or MUSIC allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am and exterior noise during this time isn't allowed.
- All outdoor activities must be moved inside by 10pm.
- Sorry, not suitable for pets at this time.

- We have high speed internet (WiFi). There is a smart TV in the living room. Just log into your preferred accounts, like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV and stream away.
