Beachfront Retreat - 1025 S Pacific St. Unit A

You're almost on top of the waves in this incredible OCEANFRONT vacation rental in the front row. Lounge on your expansive 30-foot oceanfront balcony and feel at one with the surf, sea life, and surfers. Beachfront Retreat A is a 3rd level condo with outrageous 180 degree ocean views, and no one above you. Sit in the beautifully furnished living room on the custom-made sofa bed (with queen size bed) or loveseat, and be mesmerized by the waves rolling toward you through a wall of windows. The state-of -the-art kitchen features Frigidaire appliances, granite counters, and a walk-in pantry. The spacious ocean view dining area seats 6, plus 2 bar stools at the kitchen bar. You can access the balcony from the ocean view primary bedroom with walk-in closet and walk-in tub/shower in the bath. The secondary bedroom has 2 walk-in closets plus a linen closet, as well as a walk-in shower.

This amazing 3-story oceanfront property has a large sandy yard that is shared with the other 2 units below. Located in south Oceanside, it is close to downtown Oceanside, the Pier, and Carlsbad. The Oceanside Harbor is also close by.

Great location!

We had a great time overall. The condo was clean and had a terrific view. The kids were able to play in the sand located in the common area with a view of the ocean. Only a couple issues we ran into. One of the seats of the kitchen chair were detached from the frame and my Mom pinched her finger while scooting her chair in. I also had to run the dryer 3-4 times to get my clothes dry. It probably has a blockage somewhere in the exhaust vent.

Comfortable, clean, spacious unit with great balcony and views

We had a terrific stay at this condo. It’s more spacious than the pictures make it look and the balcony and views are simply awesome. Make My Vacation does a great job delivering a clean, well-maintained and well-stocked unit. Compared to other ocean front units in the immediate vicinity this rental presented a genuine value. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful Beachside weekend in Oceanside

Great stay in a quiet beachside neighborhood in Oceanside. As the lisring says, can't get any closer to the ocean. Slept to the sounds of the waves, beautiful sunsets. Well furnished and very clean 3rd flloor unit. Will definitely be back!

Right on the ocean

Great location on ocean with no possibility of people passing by so it is very private. Top floor had a great view and quiet with double-pane windows. About the only sound heard was from the ocean waves. Place was clean and well stocked and communication with management company was good. Having a garage for the car allowed us to keep the car off the street. Large balcony across the back was very nice. Would stay again.

Loved the large balcony. Gorgeous views. Great location. We walked to the pier a lot. Was pleasantly surprised by the layout and size. The photos make it look smaller. The couches and the beds were very comfortable. We boogie boarded and played games on the beach when the tide was low. The layout of the master bedroom shower was unique. When it was high tide, the sound of the ocean was somewhat loud with the water rushing over the small rocks each time the water receded out…but we got used to that. The only con we ran into was the Wi-Fi. It seemed like it kept going in and out during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. And we will definitely be back again.

Utopia

As soon as we walked in, we saw the beautiful Pacific Ocean and thought this is Utopia!. Highly recommend this beautiful condo. Everything you need is here. The condo is clean and believe me I’m a fussy person and this meets my standards. The property manger Misti was amazing and helped make our vacation safe and easy. Great place to stay in Oceanside

Very clean, well appointed and right on the water in Oceanside. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Bigger than it appears in pictures! Beds were extremely comfortable, full kitchen with laundry machines, 2 full baths which helped tremendously with 2 teens getting ready. Will definitely return!

Location, location, location

The property is directly on the ocean and you can watch the waves, surfers, dolphins, birds, boats, planes, helicopters and beachcombers from your balcony every day. The pier, shopping and eats are all nearby as well. Excellent location. We’ll be back.

Sunsets! Birds! Waves!

Fantastic accommodation being spotless, open, comfortable (oh those naps on the couch!) and a wonderful view of the ocean. Watched birds fly by, surfers having fun and even saw a dolphin. My only thing others should know is that we felt the ocean was a little louder than “white noise” as the water rolled the rocks around - we both took time to sleep well.

Awesome beach condo!

The condo was beautiful, clean and had AMAZING views of the ocean. Because you’re literally on the water the ocean breeze kept the condo cool with no need for AC. It was great to have a washer dryer available and the kitchen was well stocked. The only down side was the beach access. There’s very little sand below the rocks and there’s no safe passage down to the rocks. My teens tried to navigate the rocks the first day or so until someone slipped and then they ended up asking the neighboring condo if they could use their stairs down. Overall, a great condo and would definitely stay here again.
