Clean and welcoming apartment

I loved how clean and updated the apartment and the premises were kept. I felt right at home staying at Andrew's apartment. Very quiet environment and the communication between the host and myself was kept great in terms of reaching him if there were any concerns. It's a ground floor air conditioned two bedrooms with one of the rooms being located in the basement. There are two porchs viewing to the back of the apartment. One at the livingroom area and another by the master bedroom. Well equipped livingroom and kitchen with the ability to get your laundry done on the premises. Very close to the town centre and entertaining activities including bars and restaurants so it's convenient to get all your needs in a pinch. This is the most affordable place to stay in Ocho rios. Im very satisfied and will be staying here again. Yes there's a pool on the premises if you ever need to cool off from the heat of the sun. I felt safe walking around the community for almost everyone was friendly. If a great time is what youre seeking when you vist ochio rios this affordable apartment should be your choice. Minor details from host would make major impact to guests

Overall pictures are generally accurate so I wasn’t under any illusion that this would be a luxury apartment, however we discovered 3 roaches during our stay and the washing machine within the apartment was out of use leaving only the communal washing facilities. To improve this listing, the host must deal with any pests and ensure that the property is properly secured from pests entering. Also, the listing should clearly state that the washing machine is a communal machine, and that the machine in the apartment is disconnected! Lastly, the tea/coffee making facilities must be cleaned/updated and maintained! The check-in/out was easy, and the host responded quickly to enquiries.
