First off they need to tell patrons it’s a HR or more drive from the airport $100 US. No shuttle service from the airport either coming or going back to the airport. So plan accordingly. The property its self was clean.The room was clean and had a beautiful view, but it to be a loft expected more. No wata no nothing just a room. The shower was terrible floods the floor every time you shower. Had to walk back and forth to do any communication with the front desk and not because of the communication in understanding. I speak the language. Just terrible. How bout a phone in the room please or a number to call. Way too long of a walk for that especially if you have room issues. Sat down on Funture and it broke. Might want to update that as well and some lights that work not a big ass lamp. Beautiful country beautiful people I love my people absolutely the most amazing food. This place was just not so good but definitely didn’t stop anything.

Stayed on this property before in another unit owned by someone else which was great. This particular one wasn't so great the bath and kitchen was not clean. The unit was old and outdated. Very visable scum in tub and tile walls looked like mold. Dirty shower curtain. Smashed insects on walls and ceiling throughout unit and one 3" roach that could of crawled in from cracks in the windows wooden shutters. Would I comeback to complex yes this unit absolutely not.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Housekeepers need to do a better job of cleaning. There is no carts to take your bags to the room so you will be have to pull your bags up and down rough pavements. All my suitcases wheels got damaged. Nice vegetation all around and it’s close to local transportation.

I don't typically give reviews but was compelled to do this one. I stayed at Mystic approximately 10 years ago and loved, but unfortunately i cannot say the same for this visit. The grounds are very well kept. However the unit that i stayed in was subpar. There were roaches in the room, the bathroom needs an update, the chairs on the veranda were torn and the television volume was stock on a vert loud volume and couldn't be changed. Absolutely unacceptable! Will never stay here again

I liked the remoteness and the country feel of the Caribbean. I would have liked a restaurant on compound with choices of local foods and american foods I had to leave the compound to get foods that i liked .. It was a pleasant stay i hope for the future that a restaurant will be on compound to enhanxe the ambience .... There should be little mini vans that could give tours to the island sites that would have been exciting ... But sadly i was not feeling well to do anything like exploring i did enjoy the weather it was a good change from the freezing cold Thanks
