--Undisclosed dogs incur a $250 fee per pet. No pets allowed. --Excessive hair removal from beds and/or furniture incurs a $250 fee.
--NO loud noise. Quite hours are 10pm to 8 am. Police will be called and you will be asked to leave with no refund. Thank you for your cooperation!
