The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all soiled towels in the laundry basket. For beds that have been used, please remove pillow cases, top sheet, and fitted sheet and place in the laundry basket located in bedroom 2 closet.
Please make sure all trash is in the trash bin located in the kitchen cabinet or the bathroom trash bin located to the left of the toilet. Clean all dishes and place in the drying rack.
Turn off stove, oven, tv, lights. Set thermostat to 69*F heat in winter, and in summer 74*F AC. Front door used? Pull to confirm. Exit rear, press lock on keypad, and push to verify locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Beds were comfortable, living room was cozy for lounging in the winter, and kitchen is well stocked. Lots of little touches, too. Nice neighborhood, close to downtown Oconomowoc. James was easy to communicate with as well. Would definitely stay again!
