This first-floor villa offers a spacious living area with a cathedral ceiling, eat-in kitchen, washer/dryer, a private poolside deck with furniture, wireless internet access, and 2 TVs. The bedroom has a King bed, TV, whirlpool tub/shower, vanity sink, and washer/dryer closet. Off the hallway just outside the bedroom is a small room with a toilet and pedestal sink.

Linens and towels are provided. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Maximum Occupancy 2 Guests, including Children.

Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool house with a sauna. Outdoor shower.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor with power hookups and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

Breakfast is not included when staying in the Villas and is not an option through the Castle Bed and Breakfast.
