A large third floor den is perfect for socializing or escaping with that perfect book, watching TV, or try testing your skills at shuffleboard. Enjoy the convenience of a wet bar and wine refrigerator. 4 Bedrooms. 4.5 Baths. Three Primary Bedrooms: 2 with King, and 1 with Queen. Bedroom with Queen. Each Primary Bathroom offers a soaking tub (no jets). Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 3 cable TVs and 3 Blu-Ray DVD players. The kitchen offers granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave and wine refrigerator. Gas fireplace (off-season only). Washer and dryer. The exterior features the private water side pool 12' x 20' non-heated pool, *private boat dockage, covered front porch, open decks, screened porch, enclosed outdoor hot/cold outdoor shower and charcoal grill. *This home does not provide linens. Nice place, a few items being off

The property was very pretty, and being on the canal was a plus. We definitely didn't know linens were not included until right before we arrived. I'm not one to complain much, especially on vacation, but managing 9 people, and the first night, the oven doesn't work. And the second day, the repair man just walks into the house, unannounced and without warning to check to see if the foul odor was gone from the washing machine (we had not called this in and were a bit startled, considering we had small children around). And that's when the oven issue was brought to his attention, and then I had to call and place a work order in for him to come back and fix it. Like I said, the place was lovely, but we felt we spent a good deal of money to accommodate quite a few people and it was a bit of a bummer. We'll stay elsewhere if we vacation on the island again.

Amazing, one of the newest houses on the island!

Very nice house, plenty of parking. Big back patio and pool area, great to hang out around. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. 3rd floor big enough for 2 more air mattresses comfortably with another full bath. Could not have picked a better location for our trip.
