The comfortable interior offers an open downstairs floor plan with spacious kitchen, dining area and living room, one bedroom, laundry room and a full bath. Upstairs has master en suite with large bathroom in addition to a third bedroom and another full bath. There is a second story screened porch off of the master bedroom with stair access to lower level decks. Multiple decks and a great outdoor shower offer plenty of open air space to relax. The 13,000 square foot property includes a fenced in front yard as well as a large open backyard. The property sits on a quiet residential dead end street which is an easy walk or bike ride to town but just far enough to offer lots of peace and quiet. All properties on Sarah Ellen Drive have deeded pedestrian/kayak/paddle board access to the canal at the end of the street which feeds directly into Pamlico Sound on the north side of the island.
