The Interior
The space features a king bed made from two twin XL beds joined together by strap, with a foam divider in between, providing a clear boundary so even if you’re sharing with a coworker, each of you has your own defined side of the bed.

The Kitchenette:

• Convection Oven + Induction Stove/Hot Plate
• Apartment Refrigerator + Keurig Coffee maker

The Exterior
As evening falls, fire up the grill for a casual outdoor dinner. You’ll also have access to a shared washer and dryer, and enjoy the peace of being tucked away on private land, quiet, restful, and just far enough from it all while still close to the city.

The Neighborhood Note
Across the street is a rundown house where the neighbors keep items outside. It won’t affect your stay, but we like you to know in advance so there are no surprises when you arrive.

Guest Access
There are only two parking spots available. The home is equipped with a smart lock that uses a digit code to enter. Guests have full access to the home. There is no fenced yard but they may access a portion of the yard directly west of the home. The fenced yard directly behind the cabin is not for guests use.

Other Things to Note
– There is a $200.00 security deposit to cover any damages. The deposit will be automatically collected and will be returned back to you 48 hours after checkout if there are no damages.
– There is a $100.00 non-refundable Pet Fee for up to two pets. This will be charged separately.
– For safety, pets need to remain on a leash while outside, as the yard is not fenced.
– This property has shared parking with another Airbnb and only has two parking spots.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
– Charcoal is not provided.
– Since the cabin runs on 50 amps, we recommend using major appliances one at a time to avoid tripping the breaker (easy access in the kitchen if needed).
– There is a three step staircase to enter the property.
