The hotel was very quiet. The buffet breakfast choice was on the sparse side, but the food was very good. The hotel could do with a bar area, perhaps at the back of the hotel. My room was comfortable with a nice balcony for sitting out. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Nice hotel close to old town and parks.

The neighbourhood is very quiet. Good distance to walk to the beach. It takes about 20 min. 10 min from the Privos market.

Nice Hotel for the Price Level

Overall good experience. Balcony is a nice feature of the room Some advice to the hotel management would be: Tea & Coffee amenities can be provided in the room. Breakfast can be enriched with omlette etc. (Coffee was very delicious though)

Nice hotel, easy access to nightlife and beach.

Receptionists were lovely (and very good looking ;) as were many of the locals. Food and drink was rediculously cheap but few people speak much English. Beach was nice, bars wre nice and overall Odessa was a beautiful city.

Good value and central location in the city

The hotel is small, but comfortable, and fairly well updated in terms of appearance. The staff was pleasant and accommodating to me as a foreigner, they were also diligent about room cleaning and serving breakfast. I stayed in a single occupancy room that had a beautiful bathroom and good amenities. When I had small issues the staff was more than happy to switch my room.

As title says. They got good rating and they deserved it. The only one thing i can not be very happy (just happy) is the breakfast, because they served only basic food. All the rest is cool.

Loved this hotel. More like a bed and breakfast.

We loved staying here for two nights. It's beautiful, well appointed and sqeaky clean. Breakfasts were yummy too. I would recommend it to everyone!

The Geneva Park Hotel

The Geneva Park is a wonderful small hotel near the city centre of Odessa, do not confuse this with the Geneva Resort Hotel near the beach. ( a problem on expedia website we think). The receptionist was vary helpful, caring and considerate. The rooms are spacious and very clean and and a surprise that this a 3 star. The breakfast room is small but as there are not that many rooms ideal. I think it a Hidden gem.

The room was very good and spacious, however no international TV among 74 channels like BBC, CNN, Euronews etc. And breakfast ok, but in a very small room. The location, Close to Bristol hotel and to the streets with some outdoor restaurants etc. In general, ok if you are gonna stay one or two nights. And very nice staff.

A cost effective choice with a fine standard

Friendly service. When judged in relation to the price level versus the overall experience, then it was a perfect calibration. Probably even to the favor of the hotel, i.e. you get value for the money. The location is a bit off the inner centre but you can walk to the Opera in about 15 minutes so it is still a central location. The room was very warm, this was a cold December, I had to turn off the heater. So for people who are afraid of freezing, this hotel is perfect on that account.

Hotel location is very good. The staff members are very friendly. I had booked two rooms. cleaning is very good. my friend had problems in his room but they helped right away. Changed the room and offered champagne. They made a very nice gesture. I would like to come and stay again. just needs to fix the breakfast was not very good.
