Escape to this charming RV retreat, perfectly suited for a cozy getaway for two adults (with room for a child under 10 on the futon). It can also work well for two coworkers seeking their own spaces (one on the queen bed, one on the futon).

Please Note
It’s not ideal for three adults, as the space would feel too snug.

The Interior
Step inside and discover a thoughtfully designed space that blends comfort and convenience. Curl up by the electric fireplace while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TVs, or enjoy music throughout with the built-in home stereo system. The master bedroom has a plush queen bed and the home is equipped with an office for remote work.

The Exterior
As evening falls, gather around the chimenea under the stars or fire up the grill for a casual outdoor dinner. You’ll also have access to a shared washer and dryer, and enjoy the peace of being tucked away on private land, quiet, restful, and just far enough from it all while still close to the city.

The Neighborhood Note
Across the street is a rundown house where the neighbors keep items outside. It won’t affect your stay, but we like you to know in advance so there are no surprises when you arrive.

Guest Access
The home is equipped with a smart lockbox that uses a physical key to enter. Guests do not have access to the storage compartments on the exterior of the RV. The fenced yard directly behind the cabin is not for guest use. All locals must contact us prior to booking.

Other Details to Note
– There is a $200.00 security deposit to cover any damages. The deposit will be automatically collected and will be returned back to you 48 hours after checkout if there are no damages.
– There is only one parking spot for this home. Trailers are not allowed.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
– Charcoal and fire wood are not provided.
– We’ll keep propane filled for you. For efficiency, please use the mini-split heaters instead of leaving the propane heater on high when away.
– Since the RV runs on 50 amps, we recommend using major appliances one at a time to avoid tripping the breaker (easy access in the kitchen if needed).
– No visitors of guests allowed.
– There is a three step staircase to enter the RV.
