While some of the reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming, we had a mostly pleasant experience, My son mentioned to the reception that there was an issue with the toilet, which was leaking and had an unpleasant odor, Unfortunately, it took a while for maintenance to respond, and they weren’t fully briefed on the situation initially, After about 24 hours, they were able to relocate us to a different room, which was a bit inconvenient as my son had to return from a wedding to pack up his things, On a brighter note, the majority of the staff were quite friendly, especially those in the kitchen who made our dining experience enjoyable,

Wir konnten in der 1. Nacht direkt auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels parken, 7,- €/Nacht. In der 2. war leider ein Bus auf dem Parkplatz und viele andere Autos. Unser Auto ist leider sehr lang und daher haben wir uns nicht getraut auf den Parkplatz zu fahren, da wir mit dem langen Auto schlecht wenden können und rückwärtsfahren dadurch auch wenig Spaß macht. An der Rezeption waren durchweg sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Draußen war es furchtbar heiß, aber im Zimmer war es sehr angenehm. Wir haben im Biertgarten des Hotels abends noch etwas getrunken. Die Preise der Getränke waren sehr fair. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Sollten wir nochmals Urlaub in Offenburg machen, werden wir sicher das gleiche Hotel wieder buchen und werden es auch weiterempfehlen.
