Worth the money

The room is spacious. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options. Waffles, eggs, bacon, hash browns, and breakfast tacos were available in the hot section, plus much more.

We can always count on Best Western Plus hotels to be clean, quiet, convenient, provide stellar customer service and this particular one was no exception. The breakfast offered a nice variety of items and was decent quality.

We went to Lagoon Amusement park for the day, it was 15 minutes from there. When we finished late, we got to the room and were loaded out in 10 minutes. Then the breakfast was awesome the next morning.

The location was perfect for our needs attending a funeral nearby. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and room were far below our usual expectations. The carpets were in need of cleaning, the sofa was very dirty, the mattress on the sleeper sofa was super thin and uncomfortable. The hotel itself was not vey clean or well maintained. The room was surprisingly small. Photos of the room did not give an accurate view of the size of the room, and for three adults it was rather cramped. Overall, our experience very disappointing, especially considering it is a Mariott Hilton Hotel. J. Willard Marriot would have been very upset to see his namesake so poorly kept up.
