At check-in staff treated it like a chore to do their job. Our first room smeeld significantly like cigarette smoke and had a dirty bathroom. The phone wasn’t even connected to the wall. When we walked down to the front desk they were rude but eventually gave us a different room. Second room has lumpy beds and a mildew smell. Breakfast was ok but super crowded and staff had trouble keeping food stocked.
