The room wasn’t ready when we get there the fridge make a lot of noises and the small private parking lot was full no place to park my car we were late for our event because the room wasn’t ready 👎

It is absolutely INSANE that if I have an issue with an experience, like my last experience. That the hotel can just say "oh you booked through a third party" I also paid for trip protection, was accused of smoking in my room? turns out, I was just asleep, alone. I dont smoke. They woke me up, made this big ordeal, and who do I complain to???????

Very easy check in, clean throughout! Breakfast was as expected but great variety. The room was a bit outdated, wall paper peeling in areas, furniture and furnace door damaged minor. Furnace was quite noisy being the door wasn’t sealed at all. View was awesome but could certainly use some window cleaning granted the 8th floor is a bit harder to keep clean.

The breakfast quality was cheap but edible. Fake eggs and American cheese in the omelette with super thin bacon. But at least there was other usual options for food. Seemed quite average for the economy nowadays.

The staff was excellent. Kerri Moses was the most excellent hostess I've ever encounterd at a hotel, and ive been everywhere. Keep her on and we will never go anywhere but here again

The area was dirty and there was no selections out. Pastries were empty, no eggs and no milk. When asked if they could put some out I was told they were closing in a half hr and they would not be putting anything else out .
