What’s the purpose of locking the doors. We arrived bags in our arms ready to check in couldn’t get in the doors Hit the call button 4 times hot no response has to ask someone in the parking lot if they had a key to open the doors so we could get inside the hotel. Reservations made over a month in advanced. Poor way of doing business would rather wait inside for available employees to check us in than stand out side in the doorway. Poor business practices. Winner staying here again.

Staff/Breakfast was great! Pool and hot tub werent clean. Rooms need deep clean and our bathroom was falling apart. There is no designated Hotel parking and you have to fight all the shoppers at Station Park to park to park at your own hotel.
