There was almost nothing to choose from the breakfast bar. Everything was gone and nothing was replaced. We couldn't have anything, except coffee, not a good experience.

I didn’t like that at check in there was a sign saying the hot tub is out of order. I think that’s something that should be kept up to date on Expedia. Especially with it listed as an amenity. I didn’t really like that he asked if I could change from a one king room to a 2 queen room although I could’ve spoken up and said so. Overall seems kinda ghetto. But the room itself is clean and spacious and the bed seems like it will be comfortable. Ice machine doesn’t work on our floor.

Extremely dirty. Pool was disgusting. Carpets in halls were rippled so bad it was a tripping hazard. We ended up leaving to another hotel. There was dog hair in our blankets and they said because they do allow dogs, they can’t get it out of the sheets.

The staff were super nice. The hotel hallways were dirty. Breakfadt was dkanky. Bathtub would not drain. The place needs a lot of work. I will not go back. There were clusters of teenagers hanging in rhe parking areas. Not safe.

We checked in for two adjoining rooms, the lobby area and hallways/elevator were not clean. The carpets are all wrinkled and bumpy. The walls all have torn off wall paper. The hotel is in disrepair in general. We went to bed to wake up and finds that one toilet didn’t flush and when the other was flushed water over flowed out of the tank. There was an odor of marijuana coming from a surrounding room. We asked if we could just check out after that and get the rest of our stay refunded since we wouldn’t be there. The front desk person never checked us out and we were charged for the two nights we weren’t there. I contacted the property on what was supposed to be the final day of our stay and was told she would handle it and as of now it has not been taken care of.

Staff checked us in quickly, does not supply shampoo or conditioner. Rooms were okay nothing special. Hot tub was closed. The outside area around the pool area was not maintained at all

During our stay we had moved to three different rooms because the first room toilet was broken, second room bath tub drain broken, washer/dryer broken, pool dirty and hot tub broken. We had a long stay so we needed things to be functional especially laundry.The breakfast was also not so great. Parking was rough around the property. We ended up cancelling the rest of the reservation and reserved a room elsewhere.

Our floor in our room was filthy. Had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The inside was run down and had a funky smell down all the hallways. The wall paper was peeling off the walls and garbage cans were always overflowing
