The floors where not cleaned, there was human and dog hair in the beds and shower. We also found that there was a large crack in the front door, which explains the huge cockroach we found in our room.

The room was so dirty. Dirt on the walls, floor, doors. Not enough towels or toilet paper. The sheets still had hair in them. The front office girl was nice, but wouldn’t stay again.

Nice room

Stay was very good. Only inconvenience was that the toilet seat was broken. This was only a minor inconvenience and did not impact my stay.

Made a last-minute reservation and everything worked out. Great service, good parking, beds a bit hard, room clean, Grass area for dogs okay, some not so friendly weeds for the dogs paws.

Just had an issue with duck tape on the door lock nob. Other then that it was a good over night stay. Dont care for the slippary beds tried to get in bed and the mattess slids right off.

Night clerk has room for improvement

Checking me in was an inconvenience to the night clerk. Was very curt & displeased about having to do her job. After seeinf where the room was located & lack of parking, I went back to the office to request a 1st floor unit as i was traveling solo with my two dogs. She put me in a room almost directly below the 1st room. So i went back the 3rd time to request a room which was in a more inconvenient location and stayed the room number where another guest could hear which is not safe. I worked in hotels & we'd only state the room # if there wasnt another guest around for safety & privacy reasons & if there was another guest, just point at the # and where the room is located on the map, she seemed to think it was safe for a female travler to have an unknown man hear the room number. After seeing its location, i went back & requested the 1st room. She wouldve got a tip as i know thats nice being in that position before but her attitude was ridiculous and subpar for the brand's standard. Room was non-smoking but the people next door were smoking so it was like it was a smoking room. Room could use some cleaning, bathtub was gross the caulk was moldy & black. Remote was sticky. AC worked like a charm!

Cobwebs, dirty, elevator door looked like a prison door, door looked like it had been busted open. i was seriously scared and I've stayed in a lot of sketchy places. A positive...the sink water did get hot. I ended up NOT STAYING.
