Comfortable with a great price

I found the beds and pillows very comfortable. The rooms and common areas were very clean plus they seem to have good sound proofing, because I didn't hear a thing. Evening front desk person wasn't the friendliest, but he got me checked in quickly. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am, but the morning person must have been running behind because it was closer to 6:30am until everything was out. It included sausage patties and rounds of scrambled eggs (previously frozen, I suspect), biscuits, bagels, cream cheese, fruit & cereal. Food taste was adequate, but not great. Price was very good, though.

We feel it was over-rated. It needs an upgrade. Price was right but it was pretty rundown. The carpets and walls were beat up and need work. The paint helps but really is only lipstick on a pig just for a heads up. We won't be back unless then do a full update. Great location right off interstate though, easy for a travel overnight stop!

The room and bed were smaller than appeared in the pictures. The pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel did not have an elevator and with a heavy suitcase the stairs were cumbersome for individuals with physical limitations.

Convenient to the highway and gas stations. Loved the restaurant that was right next door. Staff was great. Rooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner and lotion. There were some areas around the baseboards that were not as clean as I would have expected.

Surprising Eco-friendly Gem

We've stayed at a lot of budget hotels so our expectations are always low But this place was surprising... Very clean. Both in the room lobby and breakfast area. The bed was comfy. I slept very well. It's a shame not more eco friendly hotels are like this.
