Guests will be able to access all parts of the property except the back apartment which is rented for long term rent to a resident. The garage in the back is also used for storage for the short term rental staff.
The back yard is not shared with the long term renter while there are short term renters staying at Magic house! You will have the back yard all to yourselves!
