Bring the whole family this great place with lots of room for fun. Walk to lake well placed to explore Lough Derg and nearby towns. very nice restaurant and pubs , pizzeria, local shop for necessities free rolls filled. Main bed room has on suit and a walk-i wardrobe. Wi-Fi is super fast fibre. tv has all free to air channels. separate utility room ..PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A PAY AS YOU GO ELECTRICITY METER.HOPEFULLY IN WARM WEATHER THIS WILL NOT BE AN ISSUE .BUT WILL NEED TOPPING UP .

the bedrooms are all downstairs, so you get great views from the balcony and kitchen area.the house is all electric with a pay -as -you- go meter .an allowance is given .for reasonable use . thanks
