Wonderful walkable location to town and the cove. Plus footpath to the Marginal Way. Accommodations very comfortable and lovely fully equipped modern kitchen and fireplace. Wishing they had a washer/dryer in condo and more bath towels for our 11 day stay.

We had a great stay at this property. The best part is the location, with a short and beautiful walk into downtown Ogunquit so we never had to deal with parking. It's right next to a cool old graveyard and the path that leads to the Marginal Way trail. The home was clean and comfortable. The property owners/managers were helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out (tip: only use the back door for entering and exiting, because once that's locked, if you go out the front door and close it behind you, you could be locked out). Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Stayed at this beautiful condo for one week, family of 3, and it had all the comforts of home! Clean, private, quiet, and very well-stocked with all basic necessities. They thought of everything! Location perfect to beach, town, perkins cove, marginal way, restaurants. Will return 100%!

Initial access into condo from rear (parking area) and not the front as directed. Storm door at rear entrance (which goes through the tiny second bedroom) did not have a screen or window in it...very awkward!Floor between bedrooms and living area changes slightly and can cause stumble/fall if unaware.Should have brought my own coffee pot and frying pan,although we made it work regardless.Nice location midway between center of town and the cove.

Nice clean - comfortable beds - would be a bit tight for 4 adults as only one sofa and chair in living room . Though there is not table inside ( counter space for 3) . There is a nice patio outside as well as nice sitting area for 4
