This newly remodeled guest home has everything you need for the perfect getaway in the Laurel Highlands!!
Relax in the brand new Jacuzzi hot tub and throw some logs on the fire in the gorgeous fire pit with great seating and lights to have the perfect evening under the stars.
On the back deck there is and oversized dining table and a new propane grill. Inside you cna kick back on the reclining love seat or snuggle up on the giant sofa and watch your favorite movie or sporting event.
There are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms for everyone to have some space to themselves while on your stay.
The kitchen is completely stocked with everything to make your perfect family meals and cocktails! We even have a coffee bar to make those special gourmet drinks!

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Check in and out times are strict.

Occupancy is strictly enforced. All persons including children shall not exceed 10 total. This includes those “just visiting for the day”.

Please remove shoes upon entering home.

No Smoking inside the house. This includes smoking out of windows.

No food or drink, with the exception of water, is permitted in the bedrooms. Extra charge for stained bedding/pillows.

Quiet time 10pm-7am. This includes playing music outside.

The home sleeps 8 guests and has a max occupancy of 8 guests. Absolutely No tent camping. This home is located in a residential area and the neighbors are gracious enough to allow us to operate this beautiful home as a vacation home. We do not want to lose that privilege.

Extra bed sheets are available in the bedroom closets if needed. You are responsible for washing and returning them to the closet before departure.


Check Out Instructions
- Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Don’t forget the coffee pot!
- Place all towels in the washer and turn it on. Soap is provided.
- Strip all used beds and leave the linens on the floor. Please do not remove the mattress covers.
- Take all trash to the end of the driveway and place in provided bin.
- Remove food from the refrigerator and double check in drawers and under beds for personal belongings. The most common forgotten items are phone chargers, Sun glasses and socks!
- Lock all doors and windows

We strive to provide clean, comfortable accommodations to make your stay enjoyable. Please report any dissatisfaction with the property immediately upon check in.

This area is dependent on winter recreation and guests should be prepared with an appropriate vehicle for conditions. Refunds will not be given for weather related cancellations. Check out times will not change due to weather.

Like most hosts, we have full time jobs and children so we request that unless there is an emergency, please refrain from communication between 9pm and 7am.

GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER

Campfires:
Campfires must remain inside your fire ring, flames within reason above fire ring (NOT higher then 3 ft.).
Do not move the fire ring. Campers who move the fire ring will be immediately required to leave the property.


Noise:
Please be considerate of other guests staying at the property as well as our neighbors.
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 7:00am.

Children:
The property is unsupervised. Children under the age of sixteen (16) must be always supervised by a responsible adult.
Children under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of eighteen (18) anytime they are near bodies of water such as swimming pool or hot tub.

Firearms/Hunting:
Firearms are strictly always prohibited on the property.
Hunting is strictly prohibited on the property.

Fireworks:
Always prohibited on the property

ATVs and Other Recreational Vehicles(Dirtbikes, SXS, etc.) :
Always prohibited on the property

This apartment offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Ohiopyle apartment is smoke free.
