Beautiful building, but not the best stay I've had

The desk staff was on the phone, but pooite when I arrived. The room I initially had had not been changed or cleaned. And I was upgraded to another room, which was fair. Yet for an 'apartment' there was a lack of towels and pillows, and the bed was uncomfortable. The gym didnt open until 8am, which is too late when on a work trip. Overall it was ok, love the building, staff werw nice enough. But not the best experience

Recently opened?

I think the hotel has only recently opened. Unfortunately, no room service (yet?), no own parking, many tv channels didn’t work, only one soap type, no shampoo, conditioner, etc., the shower wasn’t working properly for hot water… came out in spurts and then kept stopping. Something wrong with the pump, I think. The rooms are lovely and the bed very comfortable…
