Maxwell Beach Villas is a collection of 15 elegant apartments in a small beachfront condominium building with no-nonsense pricing (no cleaning fee) guests enjoy a sunny swimming pool with tanning deck, shady garden, and direct beach access with lovely swimming. Each two bedroom villa features an ocean view private veranda, which is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation; and an open plan concept with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a living room with large screen TV, dedicated WiFi, and sitting area with couch, and air conditioning throughout.

Located on the South Coast of Barbados, we are walking distance to Oistins and several dining options, and offer ample rental car parking in our secure basement garage, as well as boasting easy access to bus routes that cover the whole island.
