This is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Situated an equal distance between Miami Beach and Silver Sands in a quiet residential area take your pick on the type of beach you would like to visit. To get to either beach this is a 5-minute drive. The nearest beach is Cotton Bay (10 minute walk) where there is a nearby surfing school.
