Our Villa boasts an open plan design, bright, spacious and located in the very popular quiet residential area of Atlantic Shores. The villa benefits from a large private drive with ample space for parking. The garden is landscaped with Palm trees, Coconut and Almond trees Just 150 metres from the Caribbean sea, which makes this home airy, cool and breezy. For the more advanced surfer there is great surf 2 minutes from the house. Just 10 mins walk to Freights Bay which is very popular with beginners and intermediate surfers. A further 10 min stroll and you arrive at the idyllic Miami beach.

We recently installed a Spriral Staircase to enable roof terrace access with incredible views of the Caribbean sea and amazing sunsets!
