Great for the price

Great hotel for the location and price. Room was clean and had basic amenities. There's no onsen but you can freely access one 5 minutes away. There is also free tea and microwave, and a restaurant that offers Japanese-style breakfast. Only downside, the walls are quite thin, so it can be noisy.

Nice Hotel in a Good Location.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was one of the best locations for a decent price that you could find in Beppu. The manager was very nice and they even had machines where you could filled a water bottle up with hot tea and then cool it in the fridge for a free drink. The rooms were also no e and spacious for Japan. The pillow wasn't very comfortable, but the bed was. They didn't have English instructions for the AC, so it was a bit of a guessing game, but it did work very well. I would easily stay there again.

The refrigerator makes a lot of noise! Also the room 401 is too close to train station, and I hear bells and announcements of the station starting very early morning!!

Excellent Location

The location is very good which is very close to the Beppu Station. The room is comfortable and tidy though a bit old honestly. But if you compare the price of other hotels & their locations, I think the price for Business hotel is fair enough. It is perfectly fine for a short stay in Beppu. Staffs are also very helpful and nice.

clean hotel but staff speaks zero english

the bedsheets are clean , rooms are sufficient for an overnight stay but pls. do note that staffs speaks zero english, only knows keywords in english such us check in and check out plus name. i had to ask the person from the tourism staff in beppu to write in japanese my request to leave our luggage for 7 hours.

建物は古い感じだったのですが、いろんなビジネスホテル宿泊したのですが、引き出しの中やベット窓ぎわお掃除が行き届いたホテルでした。 宿泊者は駐車場も無料で駅も目の前スーパーや飲食店も沢山ありました。 隣接の姉妹ホテル「ホテルシーウェーブ」「別府ステーションホテル」「ホテルはやし」の温泉を無料で利用できるのもよかったです♪
