地點很方便，空調也蠻好的，櫃台服務人員很客氣，非常有人情味。但房間不時有機器馬達運轉的聲音，我不是很在意噪音的人，所以沒有太大影響。 這樣的價格可以得到早餐和晚餐真的已經非常感謝，是一個傳統的日式商務旅館，有很多日本上班族投宿。住在這裡，有一種“啊,回家了！”的感覺。如果住習慣觀光型旅館的人可能會不太適應。 我下次來岡山還要繼續住這裡...可能就是因為懷念十幾年前來的日本商務旅館氛圍，還有櫃檯的人情味吧！！
