Front desk stuff doesn't speak fluent English but they are very friendly and able to use translation apps to assist cusmoters. The hotel is located near a very busy street full of restaurants and bars but it's quiet inside.

Okayama is Lovely.

Hotel is great, property is a little far to walk, but short to taxi. But easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is well stocked with a variety of foods. Room is large enough to easily accommodate three people. The streetcar and bus stops are right at the corner, and a few convenience store options nearby.

I had a nice stay. The staff were friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to Okayama Station and near Korakuen Garden and Okayama Castle so it’s easy to get around. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Okayama.

Centrally located and plenty of places to eat nearby. The room we had was on the corner of the top floor and was huge. The castle and gardens are fantastic and a must see for anyone visiting Okayama.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It was probably the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. The location is very good, about 10 min walking from the train station, with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Room was big even for international standards, and huge compared to other places that we stayed at in Japan.

Great hotel stay

The room was very clean, cleaning staff brought towels everyday and my room was always spotless. There was a microwave at the end of the hall to warm up food and there were chopsticks and seran wrap, if needed. The laundry room was convenient and never busy. Checking in and checking out was easy and there was lots to do in the area. I went to Hiroshima and Osaka Expo while staying there.
