Nestled on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Northlew, Little Norley is a charming barn conversion offering a peaceful rural escape surrounded by rolling Devon countryside, making it an ideal retreat for couples, friends, or families seeking to explore the very best of Devon and Cornwall.



Inside, Little Norley is full of charm, with exposed beams and original stonework adding warmth and character throughout. The ground floor offers practical space for muddy boots and wet coats after a day of exploring, along with a useful cloakroom housing a freezer and washing machine. There are two beautifully appointed bedrooms: a spacious super-king-size bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom featuring a shower over the bath, and a twin bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room.



Upstairs, the stunning open-plan living space makes the most of the countryside views. The inviting lounge creates the perfect setting to unwind after a day of adventure. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and everything needed for relaxed self-catering stays. A dining table seating four provides the ideal spot to enjoy leisurely breakfasts and evening meals together.



Step outside onto the balcony and soak up the far-reaching views towards nearby Dartmoor. Furnished with comfortable rattan seating, it's the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, a glass of wine at sunset, or simply relax and take in the tranquillity of the surrounding farmland.



Northlew is a thriving village with a welcoming traditional inn, post office, and an abundance of scenic walks right from the doorstep. The dramatic landscapes of Dartmoor National Park are just a short drive away, while the popular Tarka Trail and Granite Way offer excellent opportunities for walking and cycling. For days by the sea, both the Devon and Cornwall coastlines are within easy reach, providing a wonderful choice of long sandy beaches, sheltered coves, and renowned surfing spots.
